- Track all upcoming CDL and Medical Cards and ensure they are completed and turned in before their due date.
- Help drivers complete any compliance paperwork that is not 100% complete and send to JJ Keller.
- Assist new hires complete their JJ Keller Compliance Paperwork.
- Constantly work with Geotab to ensure we are maximizing the system to the full extent of the system.
- Daily & Weekly Reporting Responsibilities.
- Complete and update all Fuel Reporting (Daily).
- Update KPI Board in Driver Lounge once data is completed (Weekly).
- Safety Bonus Mile Reporting (Daily).
- HOS Violations Report (Daily).
- Create an Empty Trailer Report and Provide to Dispatch Team (Daily).
- Must have experience and be knowledgeable about Food Safety or willing to receive training in Food Safety.
- General Office Responsibilities.
- Answer phones and support Driver Managers as needed.
- Become fluent in TMW and the daily dispatch.
- Be trained and be a backup for CORE.
- Process Billing.
- Customer Performance Tracking.
- Customer Appointment Setting.
- Manage New Hire Supplies such as Handbooks, Clipboards, etc.
- Data Entry as needed.
- Complete all assignments assigned by management.
