What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Varsity Baseball Coach position at Allen East Local School District?
Responsibilities: Assisting Head coach in the following: Running efficient & Effective practices, Game Strategy, scheduling of Scrimmages, practice times, all other aspects of a highly successful baseball program Helping with fundraising for baseball program, helping with fundraising for all athletics as well as all other duties assigned by the Head Baseball Coach and Athletic Director
Qualifications: Thorough understanding of the game of baseball and how to coach all aspects of a highly competitive baseball program, Ability to motivate student athletes in a positive manner, Nights weekends and time outside of practices and games required, Fundraising experience/ability, record keeping and organization skills, work well with others including but not limited to coaches, parents, bus drivers, game administration, booster, community members and all others come into contact due to the position, High School Diploma, Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Docs, as well as the ability to schedule, manage and multitask
