At Allen Integrated Solutions, a Veteran-Owned Company committed to providing Mission-focused solutions, we are seeking an exceptional Research and Development Leader for a 5-Year Contract supporting DARPA.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader with a strong background in Research & Development to plan, develop, and execute R&D projects that address unique problems for major DoD programs.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 15 years of R&D experience, including active duty military service, support Contractor and/or DoD civilian experience in a warfare specialty at progressively more difficult levels.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in any discipline with management training courses (Master's preferred) and possess advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices in technological programs.
In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in conceiving, planning, and conducting research studies combining operational expertise with novel technology approaches and sophisticated research techniques.
The role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience/background and knowledge of program transition efforts, as well as a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) clearance Subject to Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
