Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Lead to support a 5-year contract with DARPA. The successful candidate will have a strong background in R&D, with at least 15 years of experience in planning, developing, and executing technical projects. They will also have expertise in conceiving, planning, and conducting research studies combining operational expertise with novel technology approaches and sophisticated research techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science degree in any discipline with management training courses, preferably a Master's degree. They will also have at least 15 years of experience in R&D, with a proven track record of successfully planning, developing, and executing technical projects. Additionally, they will have demonstrated skill in conceiving, planning, and conducting research studies, as well as experience in the use of advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices in technological programs.
