Allen Koch is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 5 years of tax experience who is looking for an exciting opportunity to grow with an accounting firm. As a Tax Manager you will primarily be responsible for managing a client base and coordinating client projects to completion. This is a unique chance for a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team and play a key role in our firms growth and success.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide expert tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to individual and business clients.
Review and prepare complex tax returns and financial statements.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Mentor and lead junior staff, fostering their professional development.
Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firms client base.
Collaborate with other partners and team members to drive the strategic direction of the firm.
Qualifications :
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly desired
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation, planning, and advisory services.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated business development skills and a network of potential clients is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take on a leadership role in a growing firm.
