Inventory Parts Room Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a positive can-do attitude to assist in our inventory accuracy and support all departments with parts and products. Much of this position is working independently, we are looking for someone who can take the initiative and bring ideas to improve our processes. This person works closely with the Purchasing Department, good communication is a must.

Duties:

· Receive shipments – cross check packing slips to confirm quantities.

· Organize, label, and put away all parts.

· Pull items for distribution to all locations and departments.

· . Record and post daily transfers of stock to service vehicles.

· Receive phone, email, or in-person inquiries pertaining to inventory; determine if in stock with location or if items need to be ordered.

· Monitor parts room from 7am-5pm and sign out all items accordingly *

· Report weekly/monthly counts to Purchasing. To include parts rooms, water care, 2 warehouses.

· General housekeeping of all parts areas.

· Assist in organizing parts rooms in all three locations.

· Assist in developing and maintaining KPI’s, such as MINS and MAXES of parts and accessories to assist in ordering control.

· Cross reference in stock items waiting to be scheduled against all open orders, open work orders in waiting, and confirm schedule date and completion monthly.

· Participate in weekly Inventory meetings.

· Participate in monthly Leadership meetings.

Requirements:

· Maintain minimum 40 hours weekly for full time benefits, average 45 hours weekly
Able to be on feet 8 hours daily
Lift 50 lbs regularly, use of hand cart, electric pallet jack

· Highly organized

· Work in various weather (non-climate controlled warehouses)

· Can work independently or with a team

· Computer proficiency is a must

· Forklift experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
