Sales Representative

Allen Roofing & Siding is looking for top performers to join our sales team. We have been serving the broader St. Louis community for over 50 years. We consistently rank in the Roofing Contractor’s list of Top 100 Roofing Contractors in the country and have earned the BBB Torch Award for Ethics. We do not door knock and instead choose to solve problems and build relationships with homeownes and our community.

We have an opening for a sales professional based out of our Ellisville, MO location. Experience in property inspections and estimating residential roofing, siding, and gutters is required (1-5 years). Once you join our team, you become a part of our family. Minimum qualifications we look for in the right candidate:

· 3-5 years of construction or exterior products experience

· Experience navigating insurance property claims process

· Ability to carry a ladder and climb a roof

· Willingness to learn and adapt

· Valid drivers’ license

· No fear of heights

Compensation for our team members includes:

· W2 commission-based employee

· Guaranteed draw for your first year

· Vehicle and vehicle insurance provided
