Description :
Provide support to management in preparing distribution revenue requirements analysis and related tasks as needed.
Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
Will be responsible for accepting team leadership in assisting in the preparation of Rate Case costs of service and associated discovery responses, periodic regulatory filings and analysis as required by the individual state jurisdictions and any other analysis as required.
May be required to support testimony as Company's expert witness in various regulatory proceedings.
Knowledge & Experience Required :
BS degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field. 1-3 years of post graduate financial analyst and / or accounting experience.
Job Dimensions :
Demonstrate attention to detail as work product is often provided to regulators in support of Company's revenue streams or settlement reporting requirements.
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and confidence in interacting with regulators and senior management.
Qualifications Required :
Must be proficient with spreadsheet and word processing applications.
Must perform effectively in a team environment and demonstrate managerial skills.
Must be able to interpret regulatory orders in terms of precedent setting directives which will affect the Company.
Must be adaptable to the continuously evolving regulatory environment.
