Responsibilities:
- Oversee service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers.
- Take ownership of the customer experience, managing additional tasks to leave a positive and lasting impression.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.
- Ensure technicians' time is effectively allocated and sold to service customers daily.
- Efficiently distribute work between technicians.
- Answer customer questions regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (at or above company standards).
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, ordering parts and tools as needed.
- Foster good working relationships with manufacturers and maintain positive employee relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor at a dealership
- Outstanding customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance with attention to detail
- Proven success in service and sales, with a strong record of customer satisfaction
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check
