Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic forecasts, plans, and evaluations to support department and agency objectives.
- Oversee Residential Services program policies, operations, budgets, systems, and procedures to ensure quality programs and services.
- Participate as a member of the President Executive Advisory Committee (PEAC).
Requirements
- Mastery of Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field.
- At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in a residential treatment facility.
- Four years of management experience, including prior clinical supervisory experience and administrative experience.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
- Experience working with IL state agencies, particularly DCFS, DHS-DMH, HFS, JJ local schools, and managed care organizations.
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software.
Prioritization
- Familiarity with Illinois child welfare regulations.
- Awareness of Continuous Quality Performance/Improvement principles.
- Knowledge of computerized database/information systems.
