Responsibilities:
The Food Service Manager is in charge or running a safe and sanitary kitchen serving the needs of the Allendale campus, including the preparation and serving of all campus meals. This includes tracking and ordering of inventory necessary to support Allendale’s food needs, management of other Kitchen Staff, routine maintenance of kitchen equipment, scheduling of meals and meal deliveries, maintenance of any digital tools to support kitchen needs, ensuring compliance with the National School Lunch Program and ensuring a safe and allergy mitigated environment for all clients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from high school, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of kitchen experience with school or child-based environment and at least 2 years of kitchen management experience.
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, email software (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Certification in food safety and sanitation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
