Position Overview
Allendale Columbia School (AC) seeks a full-time Facilities Housekeeper to be part of AC's Campus and Operations Team. The ideal candidate for this position will ensure the buildings and campus grounds are safe, clean, and in good repair for students, teachers, and staff members. This individual will also support school events and complete specific maintenance projects as needed.
The Facilities Housekeeper will play a vital role in the AC community during an exciting time in the school's history and will report to the Director of Campus and Operations. The position demands a team player and someone who is flexible with attention to detail.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Daily cleaning and housekeeping of school Dining Commons, restrooms, and common areas and regular cleaning in all other areas of the school
Simple maintenance service work requests
Evening school lock-up
Prioritize work orders
Assist faculty, staff, students, and parents to ensure the safety of everyone in the AC community
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Vocational or technical training (preferred but not required)
Available to work the following hours: 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and additional coverage as needed
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 to $16.50 per hour
