What are the responsibilities and job description for the Culinary Team Member position at Allendale Country Club?
At Allendale Country Club we are committed to providing a quality dining experience to all our guests. We’re searching for a qualified line cook to help prepare menu items for a la carte service and events when needed. The line cook will play a vital role in upholding our food safety and cleanliness standards. In addition, the line cook will assist in restocking items, sanitizing equipment, and plating meals. We recognize that having a talented staff is essential to achieving this goal. Objectives of this role: Provide restaurant customers with an impeccable dining experience Prepare and plate meals on par with the executive chef’s standards Communicate effectively with the rest of the kitchen team for seamless meal execution Ensure food safety Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment Uphold our restaurant’s quality standards Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items such as dressings, sauces, appetizers, sides, and entrees Plate meals according to the instructions of the executive chef Restock kitchen items Clean prep station and put away equipment
