Job Summary:
We seek a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Allendale Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and documented in patient plans of care.
- Monitor residents' conditions, report changes, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- A current, active license to practice as a LPN in New Jersey.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple patients.
