What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substance Abuse - Group Facilitator position at Allendale Treatment?
Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the Group Facilitator will take responsibility for the quality of therapeutic care, treatment and education of a specific group of assigned clients, families and significant others within the program and ensures that therapy services are delivered in a manner that is consistent with Allendale Treatment's policies, applicable laws, contracts, professional standards, and community expectations.
Four years direct clinical experience in a related health care field or two years direct clinical experience. In addition, a minimum of one-year experience in Substance Use Disorder treatment program therapy is required. Bachlor's Degree required.
