Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Schedule appointments for sales and service departments, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Follow up on internet leads, customer inquiries, and previous appointments to maintain engagement and encourage further action.
• Maintain and update customer records in the dealership management system, ensuring accurate and detailed information.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure that all customer needs are met, and to support dealership goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
• Provide information about current promotions, new inventory, and dealership services to potential and existing customers.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including appointment conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores.
