The Allentown Rescue Mission a Christian non-profit men’s homeless shelter established in 1900, has an immediate opening for a Development Associate for our Development Department. The Allentown Rescue Mission offers Community Funded Residential and Re-employment Programs designed to help homeless men change their lives and become productive members of society. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of homeless men by enhancing the performance of our overall organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and Utilize Extensive Donor Database
- Donor Relationship Management.
- Interface with Key External Partners.
- Participate in Community Events.
- Ability to Work in a Team Environment.

- High initiative and independently driven development professional with excellent communication skills.
- A heart to help our organization change the lives of homeless men.
- Adaptability to challenges, capacity to work past shortfalls and identify creative solutions.
