- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, Educational Leadership or a related field required; Master’s Degree preferred. Pennsylvania Administrative Certificate or Supervisory Certificate preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT leadership, strategic planning, instructional technology integration, project development, staffing planning and management, budget management, evaluation, and systematic decision-making in a Higher Education or K-12 environment.
- Proven experience in integrating enterprise software solutions and instructional technology tools into organizational and instructional processes to enhance learning and teaching.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale IT and EdTech initiatives, including the deployment of learning management systems (LMS), digital assessment platforms, and other educational technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, instructional technology best practices, data security, communications, data center technologies, and audiovisual systems to support classroom and online learning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with educators, administrators, and stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, providing guidance on instructional technology best practices and professional development opportunities.
- Experience analyzing data to improve enrollment, attendance, student outcomes, and the design and delivery of innovative instructional techniques.

- Professional Development & Training – Design and oversee training programs to build educators’ capacity to use technology to improve instruction, student engagement, and digital literacy.
- EdTech Evaluation & Integration – Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging educational technologies, digital tools, and learning management systems (LMS) to enhance curriculum and instructional practices.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making – Use data analytics and assessment tools to monitor the effectiveness of educational technology initiatives and guide continuous instructional improvement.

Summary
