Job Summary
Our busy, growing and family-oriented practice is currently looking for conscientious and upbeat LPN's and RMA's/CMA's) to join our team. Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities are available. Let us know your available days of week and hours.
The successful candidate will be a team player with unquestionable character, solid clinical skills and a passion for patient care. The candidate will also be someone who can build excellent rapport with co-workers and who can add value to our organization by taking initiative and problem-solving. All specialty-specific training and development will be provided with a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provides the full spectrum of nursing duties for our patients
- Greets, engages and communicates well with patients and their families
- Works closely with providers to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Performs intake, vitals and rooms patients
- Performs diagnostic procedures
- Provides patient education when indicated
- Administers therapeutic medications, immunizations and allergy injections
- Triages clinical inquiries; calls in prescriptions as ordered
- Documents and updates clinical data, care plans and orders in EMR
- Schedules referrals and off-site services and obtains pre-certs/PA's if necessary
- Provides check-in and check-out support
- Other general nursing duties as required
