Requirements:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Computer Skills: 2 years (Preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Greets patients immediately upon their arrival and provides excellent customer service.
- Check patients in verifying demographics and insurance.
- Directs patients to proper exam/treatment room.
- Handles patient calls and effectively manages schedule
- Completes referrals and authorizations as needed.
- Checks patients out and makes appointments as indicated.
- Collects co-pays and patient payments.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
