Allergy & Asthma Associates, Inc. is a well-established, privately owned medical office providing complete diagnosis, education, and treatment for individuals with asthma, allergies, and various immunologic disorders. We have a close-knit group of employees with an average of 14 years with us. We are looking for the right person to join our team!
We are looking for an employee who is passionate about medical care to fill our opening as Medical Assistant ( MA ). This position will primarily be performed in our Montgomery location but there will be occasional travel to our West Chester office.

The Medical Assistant ( MA ) fulfills patient care responsibilities in both the clinical and administrative areas as assigned that may include:
- Rooming patients and preparing them for exams
- Collecting and documenting patient history
- Assisting physicians with various procedures
- Obtaining lab results, testing reports, and hospital notes
- Maintaining exam rooms, procedure rooms, and equipment according to protocol
- Administering allergy shots and injectable biologic agents
- Patient education as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Background and Experience
- 1-2 years MA experience preferred
- License preferred but not required. We will train the right person
- Strong attention to detail
- EMR experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior verbal and written skills are a must
Compensation
· Pay commensurate with experience
