About the Role:
This role involves managing front office operations, patient interactions, insurance verification, and medical billing functions.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and medical billing software, knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Key Qualifications:
- PREFERRED EDUCATION: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3–5 years in a medical office, with experience in front office operations and billing.
