Allergy Partners is seeking an experienced Medical Support Specialist to provide top-notch patient care and support in our Fishers, Indiana location. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Your key responsibilities will include greeting patients, taking vital signs, and preparing exam rooms. You will also perform various tests and procedures as ordered by the physician, such as spirometry breathing tests and allergy prick testing.
You will work closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive high-quality care. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.
To succeed in this position, you should have strong computer skills, experience with EMR systems, and medical assistant training including patient intake and vital signs. At least one year of clinical assisting experience is preferred, and certification or registration is a plus.
