Job Summary:
AllerVie Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Ancillary Services to lead the growth and optimization of our ancillary service offerings across our nationwide network. This role will focus on expanding revenue streams through the strategic development, implementation, and growth of testing, treatments, remote patient monitoring (RPM), and other related services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, a proven track record of revenue growth, and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and clinical staff.
Candidates located in Washington DC; Florida, Birmingham/Huntsville AL; or Cincinnati, OH areas (highly preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth & Development:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and optimize ancillary services, including allergy testing, pulmonary function testing (PFT), remote patient monitoring (RPM), and other relevant services.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for ancillary service expansion, considering market trends, patient needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial projections for ancillary service initiatives.
- Revenue Optimization:
- Drive revenue growth by maximizing the utilization of existing ancillary services and implementing new revenue-generating programs.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ancillary service revenue and utilization.
- Work closely with billing and coding teams to ensure accurate and efficient revenue cycle management.
- Clinical Collaboration & Implementation:
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless integration of ancillary services into clinical workflows.
- Provide training and education to staff on ancillary service protocols and procedures both remotely and on-site.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
- Travel to clinics (25-50% of time) to engage with physicians and staff, provide on-site support, and implement new programs.
- Oversee the growth of remote patient monitoring programs.
- Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers of ancillary service equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, and payers.
- Act as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, the sciences, a clinic area, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on revenue growth, cross-collaboration, and ancillary services.
- Proven track record of successfully growing revenue within a provider setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clinical background (nursing, respiratory therapist, etc.) is a significant plus.
- Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring Implementation and growth.
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
