Job Summary:
AllerVie is seeking a Medical Front Desk Representative to support our clinic by offering excellent customer service to our patients. We are a great company looking for great people who want to be a part of our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and administer patient check-in / check-out
- Schedule Appointments
- Answer incoming calls and address inquiries
- Collecting payment at the time of service or discussing payment arrangements
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
- Supports clinic team with administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates a customer service mindset
- Previous experience in healthcare or medical fields a plus. Experience in a medical customer service role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including email, Word, etc.
