GRI-Alleset has a career-building opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will be positive, proactive, innovative, and have a “can-do” attitude.
The "Accounts Receivable Specialist" will work around 25-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Sending AR aging statements to customers.
- Preparing and mailing/ emailing invoices to customers.
- Posting payments to customer accounts.
- Performing account reconciliations
- Organizing and filing deposit receipts as invoices are paid.
- Reconciling cash receipts and deposits.
- Analyzing financial records for accuracy.
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Communicating with customers for uncollected invoices and coordinating with customer inquiries.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Other/ related duties as required.
Qualifications/ Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field to be considered for accounts payable and receivable clerk positions.
- An ability to priorities and manage expectations.
- A keen eye for detail
- An ability to work independently.
- The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company.
