Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate within Good Manufacturing Procedures (G.M.P) regulations and guidelines always by ISO13485. 
• Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P) relevant to your work activities. 
• Perform final packaging of products according to specified procedures and standards.
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure that all packages are correctly labeled with appropriate information, including product details, batch numbers, and shipping information.
• Use various packaging materials and methods to secure products, such as boxes, pallets, shrink wrap, and protective padding.
• Assures the build work area is kept clean, safe, and orderly.
• Conduct visual inspections of products and packaging materials to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of packaging activities, including the quantity of products packed and any discrepancies.
• Support production room with production output flow, including waste.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products.
•  Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or improvements in the packaging process.
• Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
•  Assist in maintaining an organized and clean packaging area, ensuring that materials are stored properly.
• Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and quality of the packaging process

Education & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging equipment and processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required, and to stand for extended periods.

Physical Demands 

• Long periods of standing are required.
• You may be required to lift to 50 lbs.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Climb stairs.
• Close vision and depth perception.

Working Conditions

• This position requires working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
