Position Overview
This role is based in Bentonville, AR, with the expectation of floating to clinics throughout Northwest Arkansas (NWA). Alleviant Integrated Mental Health of Bentonville is seeking a dedicated Procedure Specialist to join our team. In this role, the Proceduralist will provide exceptional care to our patients, adhering to the highest standards of safety and competence. Under the guidance of the Medical Director and/or CRNA, the successful candidate will operate within their full scope of practice, delivering care that meets our clinic's commitment to excellence. Essential Job Functions
• Provide basic care to patients daily
• Administer medications and document therapeutic effects
• Monitor and document vital signs
• Start IVs for therapy infusions
• Assist with patient comfort
• Help coach staff as necessary
• Set up procedure rooms
• Perform follow up calls
• Inventory and stock supplies
• Will perform TMS treatments after training
Physical Demands
• Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Requires ability to work under stressful situations demanding high concentration and energy level.
Qualifications
• Up to date first aid and CPR certification
• Current certification in the state

• Motivated to learn clinic policies and procedures, including our EMR
• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor
Licenses/Certifications
• BLS certified (required)
Job Context
Majority of the responsibilities will take place at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health of Fort Smith.
Facility work hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm; however, individual schedules may vary. Individual responsibilities are mostly limited to providing clients outstanding, satisfactory services.
Additionally, contributing to the corporate culture and activities are expected. The atmosphere is positive, encouraging, and teamwork oriented.
