Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) & Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team at Alleviant Integrated Health in Arkansas.
Position Overview
Under the direction of the Director of Therapy, you will conduct mental health evaluations and provide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy. You will work closely with a dynamic team focused on health and wellness, developing comprehensive treatment plans and collaborating with referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health evaluations and provide evidence-based therapies
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of referral resources throughout the service area
- Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical progress notes
- Provide positive patient relations and work effectively with diverse populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans

Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work or related field
- Five years of full-time experience as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (or LPC/LCSW) in a healthcare setting
- Maintain professional licensure per state requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and understanding of email and attachments
- Strong typing and computer application skills
Work Environment:
The majority of responsibilities will take place at Alleviant Integrated Health Centers in Central and NW Arkansas. Facility work hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, with varying schedules and potential telehealth from a home office.
