The Onboarding and Relationship Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful onboarding of Affiliates,in addition to assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the Sales and Affiliate Support Departments in Collaboration with the Affiliate Success Manager.

Location: Irvine, CA (with the ability to travel around the Orange County area)

The Onboarding and Relationship Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful onboarding of Affiliates,in addition to assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the Sales and Affiliate Support Departments in Collaboration with the Affiliate Success Manager.
- Handle affiliate contract redlines and agreements, ensuring adherence by all parties
- Ensure agreements are signed and countersigned by all necessary parties
- Collaborate with the Compliance department to confirm all required documents are received to finalize onboarding
- Work closely with the Business Development team and Affiliate Trainer to schedule and facilitate new affiliate trainings
- Coordinate with the CRM Administrator to onboard new affiliates and all users effectively
- Coordinate with Guardian Litigation Group on any items necessary to complete the Affiliate onboarding process
- Occasionally assist or lead in the training and onboarding of new affiliates, ensuring they are equipped with necessary tools and knowledge to succeed
- Offers post-training and ongoing support to Affiliates
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with employees and leadership of Affiliates
- Offer support through the enrollment process, including but not limited to CRM navigation & use, Quality Assurance & Underwriting guidelines, education on qualified versus nonqualified debts, and file submissions
- Offer support and training on the use of reporting functions
- Assist with dashboard set up and comfortability with dashboard access and navigation of the reporting software
- Assist with addressing post-enrollment complaints as they pertain to client cancellations or concerns
- Timely communication of procedural and process changes to Affiliates
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Attend training and department meetings
- Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company, including personnel policies and expectations as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of debt settlement preferred
- 2-3 years of debt relief industry experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience
- Excellent customer services and communication skills
- Phone system and CRM experience
- Computer literacy
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Ability to sell and influence others
