RN Visiting Home Health Nurse - Glendale

Job Title/Position: Registered Nurse

Reports To: Clinical Supervisor/Nursing Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated home health care registered nurse to join our growing team of registered nursing professionals.

Home Health RN Qualifications:

• Active RN license in California
• RN degree from an accredited registered nurse program
• BLS required
• One year of recent experience as an RN in a home health environment and two years of RN experience
• Experience in wound care, patient teaching, medication management, lab draws, and IV infusion required

Home Health Registered Nurse Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide a broad range of care and support services for patients recovering from a hospital stay, disability, chronic or terminal illness, and who need therapeutic treatment or assistance with the essentials of daily living
• Consult & develop treatment plans based on physician's orders and initial patient assessment.
• Provide nursing care and written care plans.
• Complete clinical and medical documentation on all patients and submit regular patient care progress reports to EMR system
• Professionally manage and coordinate the plan of care
• Complete clinical and medical documentation on all patients.
• Provide high quality support, education and comfort care to patients and their families
• Perform duties in accordance with the orders of a patient’s physician, the policies and procedures of the health system and accepted standards of practice
• Manage the end of life and comfort care for the patient when necessary

PAY: Competitive per visit pay (DOE)

LOCATION: Inglewood and Surrounding Cities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $110.00 - $130.00 per hour
