Job Summary: We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Business Analyst to join our Integration team, reporting to the Director of Integration, Data Management, and Strategic Projects. This role plays a pivotal role in onboarding and scaling newly acquired podiatry practices while also offering direct exposure to the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence to long-term operational success.
Integration at Allevio is not just about plugging in new practices it is about building scalable, high-performing clinics through data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and operational excellence. While this role primarily focuses on post-merger integration and strategic projects, it also provides exposure to the M&A lifecycle, given the deep alignment between acquisitions and successful integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Post-Merger Integration & Operational Strategy
- Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired podiatry practices, ensuring a smooth transition into Allevios systems, workflows, and business processes.
- Analyze operational data to track performance metrics, identify efficiency gaps, and drive strategic decision-making for newly integrated clinics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance, and technology) to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency.
- Optimize and refine workflows, ensuring that every newly acquired practice not only integrates seamlessly but also thrives under the Allevio platform.
- Standardize and refine best practices across all newly integrated clinics, ensuring long-term scalability and improved business performance.
- Collaborate with the Head of M&A to conduct market research and competitive analysis, supporting the evaluation of potential acquisition opportunities.
- Help translate M&A insights into actionable integration strategies, ensuring that acquisitions align with Allevios long-term business goals.
- Monitor and assess acquisition performance, providing data-backed recommendations for improvements and strategic direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a highly analytical role.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools (preferred but not required).
- High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and accountability for delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
