Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Analyst who is eager to build, learn, and contribute to a growing organization. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems with data, building tools others can rely on, and wants visibility into how a healthcare company truly operates.
You will sit on the Data Management and Reporting team, which owns everything from tracking KPIs to supporting post-acquisition data onboarding. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the company, including operations, finance, marketing, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Reporting:
- Build dashboards and performance reports in Power BI and Excel that help drive real business decisions
- Standardize data collection and reporting processes across new and existing clinics
- Support ongoing monitoring of key metricsvisits, charges, payments, provider productivity, and more.
- Design SOPs and user guides to ensure consistency across systems and reports
- Ensure data integrity and quality across all sources, working closely with the Integration and Data teams
System and Tool Enablement
- Support data onboarding for newly acquired clinics - including gathering, reconciling, and uploading data from EHR systems
- Collaborate with EHR, home care routing, and other third-party software vendors to support implementation and issue resolution
- Manage forms and tools (Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, etc.) used to collect and centralize operational data
- Help lead trainings and provide technical support to Allevio users on new data/reporting tools
Qualifications:
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Comfortable training on and enforcing policies.
- Experience with SQL and Power BI is preferred but not required.
- Experience with EHRs or the healthcare industry is preferable but not required.
- Experience in entire Microsoft suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms, and Power Apps.
- High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and accountability for delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
