ABOUT THE POSITION
Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time heating and cooling position based in Louisville, KY. You'll work Monday through Thursday, enjoying a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts.
The Role: As an HVAC Installer Supervisor, your day starts by preparing your team for success-ensuring they have the tools, parts, and instructions needed for the day's projects. You lead by example, guiding the team through installations of heating and cooling systems, ductwork, and more, all while keeping efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction top of mind.
Throughout the day, you manage multiple projects, coordinate with the installation coordinator to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment, and troubleshoot any challenges. Your leadership ensures every job is completed to the highest standard, leaving customers thrilled and your team inspired.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- State HVAC drainer's license
- 5 years of experience in HVAC installation
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Experience working on a team
