Duties
- Operate and maintain screen printing equipment to produce designs on various materials.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to understand project specifications and desired outcomes.
- Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing processes.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting printed items for accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process to maintain production efficiency.
- Assist in the design process by providing input on layout, color choices, and production techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with layout design principles and web design concepts.
- Knowledge of Sketchup or similar design tools is advantageous.
- A background in fashion design or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong sketching abilities to visualize concepts before production.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
