This person will work 40 hours per week. The Resiliency Program is a multi-disciplinary team that provides hopeful evidenced-based services to children, youth, and families experiencing significant behavior challenges that impact their ability to thrive by offering therapy, advocacy, and meaningful connection to community supports. This therapist will serve clients ages 5 .
Work Schedule :
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. We are flexible in our scheduling, you can begin your day as early as 8AM and end as late as 7PM. We also offer 10 hour shifts.

Job Purpose :
This position provides behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessment, counseling, and evidence-based interventions to individuals, groups and / or their families utilizing strength-based and recovery models of service delivery.
To Succeed in this Role, You'll Need :
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
- Active licensure OR registration as a candidate pursuing licensure in the state of Colorado.
- Exposure to or experience working in a clinical setting in the behavioral health field, including assessment, evaluation and therapeutic engagement of diverse clients; use of evidence-based counseling models and techniques that match presenting problems; good diagnostic skills and treatment / care planning; and the ability to work with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of DSM V and working principles of recovery and trauma-informed care in treatment planning and in direct care.

Salary : $54,000 - $60,000 annually (LSW, LPCC or LMFTC) or $60,000 - $69,000 (LCSW, LPC or LMFT) 10% language differential
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
