What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Advocate/Marketer position at Allheart Senior Care?
Basic Job Description:
· Identify marketing venues to develop and grow client base for an in-home personal care agency serving the disabled and frail elderly who require a caretaker in order to avoid nursing home placement,
· Identify and place qualified aides into homes of client base,
· Establish and maintain affective working relations with all staff, clients, and their families,
· Assist potential clients in completing eligibility process.
Characteristics:
· Must be self-driven with a focus on results,
· Must be an excellent communicator with an outgoing personality,
· Possess good leadership skills with the ability to analyze and assess situations without bias,
· Must be well organized and computer literate.
· Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Travel Required: Must have valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and reside in the state of Arkansas. Vehicle provided for work functions.
Job Type: Full-time – 40 hours per week, Monday -Friday, 8:00a – 4:30p
Starting Wage: Depends on knowledge and experience; wage increase and bonuses are performance base.
