What You Will Do:
- Reporting to Alliance executives, you will be principally responsible for driving growth and profitability of business operations in your assigned region.
- Perform site feasability analyses and report regarding same to executive team.
- Manage and oversee site due diligence efforts, zoning/rezoning submittals and approvals.
- Serve as principal liaison with governmental agencies as necessary to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Oversee and coordinate permitting, equity/debt due diligence and closing coordination.
- Oversee management of construction projects ensuring milestones are met and projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Manage vendor and third-party supplier relationships in region, including leasing brokers and other ancillary staff.

Conduct general and specific market data research.

Make recommendations and modifications regarding office performance, business needs, expansion of team and other matters.

Any other duties assigned or directed.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field.
- Prior experience in real estate development, construction, finance or a related field.
- Excellent software skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional, and Outlook
- Exemplary customer service and excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- High degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Ability to multi-task and change focus quickly to accommodate service needs of associates and office guests.
