What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fuel Delivery Driver position at Alliance Ag & Grain LLC?
Alliance Ag & Grain is hiring a Fuel Delivery Driver with a CDL for Haviland KS to perform the activities pertaining to receiving, delivering, and billing Fuel/Propane for the Location.
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
· Operates a Fuel/Propane truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
· Transport loads safely and in a timely manner over required route.
· Assists with loading of or loads and unloads goods and materials.
· Cleans, loads, and unload Fuel/Propane trucks.
· Completes all paperwork accurately, timely, and in accordance with requirements.
· Maintains continuous inventory of products.
· Performs or directs routine maintenance and repair on equipment as qualified.
· Responds promptly to customer needs, resolves questions, complaints, and concerns immediately and meets commitments in a timely manner.
· Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
· HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements are preferred.
Physical/Work Environment:
· Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
· May frequently need to climb ladders (may range from 20’ to 180’) and stairs.
· Frequently exposed to grain dust, moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat; toxic or caustic chemicals; and vibration.
