**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our manufacturing process and customer interaction for new projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring all objectives are met along the way.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with operations managers and production schedulers to define project timelines and key benchmarks.
- Coordinate adherence to project definition and scope of work per customer RFQ and quote documentation.
- Track change requests related to items outside original project scope.
- Manage project resources, including direct labor hours on a weekly basis.
- Work with the accounting department to ensure invoicing completion per quote/P.O. terms.
**Desired Qualifications**
- 5 years' experience in similar positions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Understanding of mechanical engineering (tooling design, machining processes), electrical engineering (controls & automation), and machine building practices.
- Staying up-to-date with new and emerging technologies for potential customer applications.
