What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Credit Analyst Position Available position at Alliance Bank Central Texas?
Alliance Bank Central Texas is now hiring for a full time Credit Analyst for our Woodway.
Applicants should be able to complete the following duties in a competent and reliable manner:
Assist Customer Relationship Managers in preparation of credit presentations for loan committees and for credit file retention.
Review and analyze trends of customer financial information in order to establish cash flow analysis and customer's ability to repay existing and proposed loans.
Order and review third-party appraisals.
Prepare internal evaluations and updates of real estate collateral.
Perform physical inspections of real estate collateral for internal evaluation process.
Compile report tracking on a consistent and regular basis.
Accompany Customer Relationship Managers in meeting with customers to determine credit needs.
Various other tasks as needed.
Requirements for this position:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
Familiarity with interpreting financial documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.
Strong multi-tasking skills to meet multiple deadlines, while maintaining adequate attention to detail.
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
Willingness to ask questions and follow instructions.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
Maintain satisfactory customer service, both with internal and external customers.
Compensation relative to experience.
