Summary
Responsible for overall performance of multiple Retail Offices through management, development and leadership of Relationship Assistant Manager &/or Relationship Team. Fulfills consumer lending needs. Generates new business through outside calling efforts.

- Develop innovative strategies for calling efforts to achieve established goals that contributes to the Alliance Bank growth plan
- Collaborate with internal business partners to provide comprehensive solutions to clients’ financial needs
- Serve as a communication link between all departments and leadership to ensure Team is informed and understands directives, bank financial performance, initiatives and other pertinent information through Office meetings
- Create and contribute to a positive working environment that facilitates exceptional service, expanding profitable client relationships and employee engagement
- Lead and guide Team; attainment of sales, service and financial goals, open/maintain consumer and business accounts, referrals
- Supervise and create accountability through performance management against objectives to build motivation and commitment
- Establish Department and individual goals while engaging Team to take ownership of achieving goals; conducts monthly one-on-one coaching with the Team
- Strive to meet/exceed established Department and individual goals while taking ownership of achieving those goals
- Build and maintain Team through onboarding and exit process
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Initiate wire transfers
- Promote the bank’s products and services
- Plan volunteer activities for Team
- Maintain a strong community presence
- Ensure continuous training and development for self and Team
- Follow policies and procedures to protect the bank from risk and exposure
- Ensure compliance and audit controls are followed to protect the bank from unnecessary risk and exposure

This position supervises the Relationship Assistant Manager &/or Relationship Team.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This position travels by vehicle in the Alliance Bank footprint and surrounding areas.
This job operates in a clerical office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment. This position requires manual dexterity and the ability to lift, bend, or stand as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Full-time employee must work 35-40 hours per week average to maintain full-time status.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3 years’ related banking, customer service, leadership and business development experience preferred
