Job Title: Certified Personal Caregiver (Must be certified by the state of Arizona)
Job Status: Part-Time
Hours: Saturday and Sunday from 11pm-7am (Overnights)
Work Locations: Gilbert
Alliance Behavioral Care is currently looking for Certified Personal Caregivers to work at our Gilbert locations on the weekends.
Alliance Behavioral Care is a growing network of Residential Treatment locations that serves adults with chronic mental illnesses, substance use disorders, and/or personal care needs using a relational and strengths-based approach aimed at assisting clients to achieve their full potential and the highest level of independence. WE HAVE LOCATIONS IN GILBERT, MESA, TEMPE, PHOENIX, AND GOODYEAR.
We are looking for applicants who are at least 21 years of age as well as bright, compassionate, patient, and caring individuals who pay attention to details. Successful applicants will have a positive attitude toward working with individuals with serious mental illnesses.
Job Duties
- Deep cleaning of the facility
- Completing nightly checklist.
- Filling out daily Progress Notes for each resident
- Assisting with the administration of medications and documenting it accurately
- Assisting any PCS clients with ADL's
Requirements:
- 2 forms of government-issued identification (Driver’s License, Passport, Social Security Card, Birth certificate, residence card, etc.)
- Valid Driver's License
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 21 years or older
- HS Diploma or GED
- Negative TB Test(s)
- Caregiver's Certification*******Required!
