Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Security Oversight:
- Supervise and guide Security Officers
- Conduct site assessments and recommend security improvements
- Serve as the primary contact for security concerns
- Respond to emergencies and security breaches
- Review and prepare incident reports
Fire & Life Safety Duties:
- Monitor and respond to fire command systems.
- Enforce Fire & Life Safety policies and procedures.
- Inspect life safety equipment and coordinate maintenance.
- Develop and implement Emergency Action Plans with management and emergency services.
Training & Development:
- Conduct or recommend security training sessions.
- Address conduct issues through the command discipline process.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience managing security staff in a corporate setting
- 3-5 years of experience in Fire Safety, Security, Military, or Emergency Management.
- Valid New York City FLSD certification (F89) required.
- Valid NY State Security License required.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work independently.
Hourly Rate: $32-33/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3 PM
