Security Support Specialist
Essential Duties :
- Support payroll processing for proper documentation regarding hours worked with department heads.
- Timely accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Manage the organization's inventory tracking system and produce monthly reports on loss prevention measures.
- Manage aging and collections of open receivables and achieve consistent progress.
- Manage fleet information and vehicle health and maintenance life-cycle
- Schedule and account for all training efforts and employee yearly certification requirements.
- Manage supply chain and equipment delivery services.
- Manage supply business lifecycle and work with clients to fulfill supply orders.

Pay range : $65,000-$70,000
Schedule : Monday- Friday 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM
