We support the full Ricoh product line, finishing products by MBM and Formax.**
Our territory includes all of Rhode Island & Southeastern Massachusetts.**
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with use of company products
- Maintain copiers, printers and peripheral equipment
- Must have prior experience in the copier industry, preferably Ricoh brand
- Set up, install & network copiers & printers
- Onsite & online service- preventative maintenance & repairs
- Troubleshooting via manufacturer online training & technical bulletins
QUALIFICATIONS
- Mechanical & technical aptitude
- Ricoh, HP repair experience
- Good communicator, people skills
- References, good driving record
- Professional, prompt, courteous
EXPERIENCE
- High School/College
- 3-5 years copier industry experience
