Minimum Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled care for all open wounds, including changing, cleaning, and dressing.
- Complete admission paperwork and document resident care accurately.
- Offer support, guidance, and education to residents and their families regarding wound care.
- Administer medication or treatments related to wound care while ensuring adherence to infection-control policies.
- Comply with HIPAA regulations and facility care protocols.
