Alliance Center for Education is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. We are looking for a reliable and responsible School Bus Driver to transport students safely and efficiently. The School Bus Driver is responsible for safely operating a school bus to transport students to and from school, field trips, and other school-related activities. This role ensures compliance with all traffic and safety regulations while maintaining a positive and respectful environment for students. #ACFEBD
Key Responsibilities:

Drive assigned morning and afternoon routes each day.

Safely transport children to and from school, field trips, and other authorized locations.

Ensure the safety of all passengers by following traffic laws and company policies.

Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance concerns.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bus interior.

Follow established routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws.

Communicate effectively with school staff and parents regarding transportation concerns or schedule changes.

Assist children in boarding and exiting the bus safely.

Implement emergency procedures when necessary.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Active CDL with P&S endorsements
- Three to six months related experience
- Flexibility and reliable transportation

- Criminal Background Check w/Fingerprints - subsequent to qualifying letter
- Educational Transcript and Resume
- Current Physical
- Current TB Test
- Subject to background check and drug screen prior to employment
- Submission to ongoing random drug screening
Compensation Range: Starting at $17.00 per hour. Eligible for $500.00 Hiring Bonus following successful completion of 90 days of employment with documented performance evaluation.
