Alliance Credit Union is one of the oldest and most respected names in the St. Louis financial community, and we have an opportunity for a Member Service Manager in Fenton MO. This branch is located near Highway 44 off of Bowles Avenue. Starting base pay ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience, with generous bonuses and benefits.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and resolve matters in the branches and Contact Center in partnership with all departments to ensure that the overall level of operational controls in the branches is met without compromising the service quality.
2. Responsible for conducting branch self-assessments using provided tools and procedure documents.
3. Oversee the daily operations of all full-service branch offices and Contact Center.

4. Ensure proper processes and practices are in place to meet the Credit Union’s objectives, deliver superior member service, and enforce security and safety protocols.
5. Maintain Core processing system and oversee internal management of our core processing system for the Operations Department.

6. Work with appropriate credit union staff to ensure the timely delivery of core processing system improvements, changes, and updates.
7. Responsible for ensuring the credit union’s compliance with branch operations and overall quality of service standards are met by reviewing daily and monthly branch reports.

8. Provide leadership and training for the Operations department, advising Branch Managers with certain issues.
9. Recommend improvements and changes of daily operations processes and service quality metrics to the VP of Operations.
Qualifications:
Education / Knowledge
1. Five years of Management experience in financial institutions
2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent management experience
3. Knowledge of branch operations required
4. Credit union experience preferred
5. Proficiency with desktop software

2. Previous experience in lending, new accounts, teller department, knowledge of federal and state laws governing financial institutions.
