Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record in sales, ideally with a background in custom cabinet sales. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide exceptional service.
- Meet with clients, guide selections and design
- Generate drawings and pricing
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing relevant information and recommendations.
- Act as primary contact with client throughout process
- Maintain an organized filing system for job information
- Process small walk-in requests and service requests
- Generate and facilitate annual sales goals
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities to provide informed insights.
- Pursue education on industry relevant products
- Network with designers and builders
- Make monthly phone calls to key clients and prospective clients
- Perform any duties as assigned or requested by the supervisor
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a focus on active listening.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Able to efficiently close a sale
- Able to adhere to the stated core values of Alliance Custom Cabinetry
- Able to use a computer (folders, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Able to self-manage time and workload in an efficient manner
- Able to design with accuracy and profitability
- Able to communicate proficiently with clients and coworkers
- Valid driver’s license
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a professional faith-based atmosphere
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about new products and services.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
